In a world of regimented workout routines and calorie-counting fitness programs, how do you design a workout program that’s actually fun? This is what Fred Coury did with Swedish Fit. Fred saw an opportunity to make exercise fun. His 16 activities are designed to get you moving, burning calories— and importantly—enjoying yourself as you do it.


Music is at the heart of Fred’s workout routines. He wants you vibing while you exercise, and when you finish your workout, he wants you excited for the next session. At Human Kind, workout with Fred as he teaches you a range of fun exercises that’ll leave you smiling.
